| Sand Springs Golf Course -- Nice but rough |

There are a lot of positives at the Sand Springs Golf Course. Beautiful views of Tulsa, comfortable clubhouse, extremely nice people, low rates and a signature hole (#12). What keeps this course from being one of the best in the area? The greens. Having played this course off and on for the past 6 years, I can't remember when there wasn't some sort of kill on the greens. Due to this ongoing problem, it doesn't compare with alot of the local public courses in Tulsa. Should they ever get a handle on the greens, it would become my favorite. |
