Featured Golf Course Review:
Bridlewood Golf Club -- overpriced
Review by: Annette Green The clubhouse is lovely, but the staff were all miserable on the day we were there. We were suprised to be charged an extra $5 for the GPS, when the total price had been asked when booking and then we found that it was almost useless as there were so many holes that you couldn't take the cart onto. Not many memorable holes, lots long and straight. Very disappointing.

Texas National Golf Club -- Get away from it all
Review by: Clayton I used to regularly drive an hour and a half just to play Texas National in Willis (now live 3 hours away). The course is very uncrowded during the week, and because it is off the beaten path you get a truly relaxing sense of being "away from it all". Regardless of whether you're playing well or not, the quiet stillness of the surroundings will amaze you and bring you back. Texas National will both energize and relax you at the same time.
