My sons and I have played in tournaments and individual rounds at Cheyenne Shadows. The course occasionally dispenses rewards to the player and always is challenging! We have really come to appreciate the golfcarts with GPS assisted data that lets us know exactly how far it is to the pin (distances can be deceiving,)and the scorekeeping function has settled more than one poor memory discussion! Located near the base of Cheyenne Mountain any prevailing wind can change during the course of play, adding yet another variable. Whenever we have the opportunity we consider Cheyenne Shadows course one we look forward to playing on. |
