High Mountain Golf Club -- *HIDDEN GEM*
Review by: jack	great local course, easy to get to. very well maintained, scenic. the greens were in excellent shape and very fast. quite a bit of water. an older crowd during the week, but played in four and a half hrs. very quiet atmosphere, like a walk in the park. definitly play this course..great pro shop and driving range. good lunch at the turn you can order at the 9th. i recomend the burger.

Santa Maria Golf Club -- *GREAT LAYOUT, needs help with greenskeeping*
Review by: Eric	The best bang for your buck easily in East Baton Rouge parish (public). A wonderfully laid out course that challenges all facets of your game but is still enjoyable. For the last several years though, the conditions of the greens are "on again...off again", so temper your expectations. I would rate Briarwood a 2, and Webb a 1, and City Park a "0".
