Salishan is a very well-kept course with a wide variety of challenges: up-slopes, down-slopes, a few holes with ocean view, some trees.
The front nine is physically challenging with the hills (in a good way) and the back nine is rather flat, but with just enough trees to make your play enjoyable and challenging.
The staff has always been excellent and the clubhouse includes good food and good size gift shop. |

A trying course that includes an excellent elevated first tee reachable by PGA's longest hitters. Fast greens during the summer and a well regulated play deserve a visit to this well wooded and sanded part of NE Portland. |
