Overall, the course is difficult and enjoyable to play. The fairways need to be cut shorter and be better defined and the 1st hole needs a complete redesign.
More to the point, for the money and availability Holland Hills is better than most.

Terry Hills East was a very enjoyable course for the money.
The fairways were generous but hilly, leaving difficult lies wehnt he ball was in the fairway.
The par 3s were well guarded, making the shorter distances more difficult. |
