Nice 9 hole course. Mostly flat with enough trees to make the course the challenging. Scenery is great -- watch out for the deer as you cover the course. |

I am a member of this club and play more than once a week.
Terrain: flat
Fairways: some mild undulations. Cut reasonably short.
Rough: challenging. Always follow a ball bouncing into the rough until it stops and mark the spot based on landmarks such as trees. Rough is thick and balls can be hard to find.
Water: pond in front of tee block on #14, plus a slough to the right. Creek in play on # 11 and #12. Creek in play also in front of tee blocks on #17.
Greens: often fast. #4, 7, 10, 11, 14, and nasty par 3 # 16 are the most challenging.
Highlight holes: #3. Long par 4 with double dog leg. Peacocks at the house off the green.
#7 very steep green will cause score to soar if ball goes behind green. #10 big tree in the middle of the fairway. #18 watch the sand trap in front of the two tiered green. |
