This course is an exceptional test of golf and a truly pastoral experience. The elevated tees provide scenic vistas and wonderful backdrops. The clubhouse, restaurant and staff are first class and lend an air of pleasure to the overall day. Golfers who are looking for the complete golf experience at affordable prices should check this one out! |

This golf course is no longer called Old Island Golf. It is now known as Crockett's Ridge. I forget the name of the new owner, but he has really improved the conditions of this course. Very reasonable for beginners, who like me, just want to learn the game. Keep in mind, that the greens are very smooth and fast! I have found that as a beginner, golf can be stressful, but the breath-taking views of the beautiful Smokey Mountains help you relax and enjoy! I really recommend that you check it out! |
