Beaver Creek Golf Course -- *Well Maintained BUT WATCHOUT!*
Review by: Mark	This is a very enjoyable course as far as the East and West Nine go. But the real challenge is the South Nine. If you have a hook or a slice, the South Nine will chomp you up and spit you out! Overall one of the best public courses in the Des Moines area.

Oaks Golf Course -- *Edmond*
Review by: Edmond	A nice small town course nestled in the hills sides outside of Ames. This course has plenty of trees, but the fareways remain open and allows a beginning golfer plenty of challenges. The hills hide greens and play can be tricky. It does lack some challenges for amature play such as the lack of sand traps, and doglegs. Overall, it is a fun course to play and the staff will make you fill at home!
