Port Groves Golf Club -- Fun to play
Review by: R. Rose I played my first round of golf on this course in 1958. I played there the morning of my wedding in 1969. I moved away and did not play there again until 2004. It is exactly as I remembered it. A fun wide open course. There are a few scrub trees and some water on the course. The club house is not well stocked but the staff is Southeast Texas friendly. The greens are very small so it takes a good short game to score. It is a fun place to play and although it is a 9 hole course there are multiple sets of tees so the yardage will be different the second time around.

Webb Hill Country Club -- Sunday Drive
Review by: James Sigler Finding Webb Hill is challenging, but so is playing it. This course was as enjoyable as almost any I've played. The course offers many elevation changes-unusual for North Texas, and is in great shape with plush narrow fairways and well manicured large greens. This is the perfect spot for North Texas golfers who want a change of scenery and an enjoyable golf outing.
