Pintail Creek Golf Club -- Affordable Golf
Review by: Brenan Barrow The best thing about this course is the price; less than $20 with a cart. The golf course itself is not in the best condition, but the layout is nice and it has some fun holes. Its a short course with a considerable amount of water. Despite the courses short length, you are required to hit a number of different shots off the tee because of the water. This is not really a good course people who like big open fairways or bombing big drives. The course is hemmed in tight, but there are no houses along the course. The greens are small and the course plays much easier when the greens are damp and slow. Overall, a good golf value if your looking for a blue collar golf course.

Oak Hills Golf & Country Club -- Agree with the others, greens are ridiculous
Review by: Rick Have played this course 10+ times. 18 hcp. I like the course overall, but the greens are difficult at best. When you do get to the green, if you are putting from above the hole, forget about it. Always stay below the hole and if you can get there early to get a feel for the speed on the practice green. Also, it is Oak "Hills". There are mounds in and around the edges and somtimes center of the fairway. Hitting these results in unpredictable bounces. Two shots hit a foot apart can be very different. I will continue to play this course and hope for improvement on the grens or in my game to adapt. I have been with people who score well here, but a high handicapper can get frustrated.
