Oaks Golf Course, The -- Jobe
Review by: Jobe An excellent challenge for the average golfer. Par 3's vary from a couple of easy, short holes to a couple 180 yard tough to hit greens, especially with the winds that you experienece almost every day at this course. Not a particlarly long course, but does have a few holes in which your distance will be tested if you want to score. With an average amount of sandtraps and water on several holes, spraying your tee shots will cost you!! The course has been in great condition every time I have played it, with the exception of any long stretches of a lot of rain, but that is any courses challenge! If you are in the area I would definately recommend the Oaks Golf Club!!

Wendigo Golf Club -- Awesome
Review by: Andy L We came up for the Grand Slam a few years back before it was purchased by the new owners and it was a good course then except for the clubhouse shack that had hot dogs from the Reagan administration and no beer. Now, it is a great course. I wouldn't recommend the course to a high handicapper, but for decent golfers, it is a great test on all levels, it makes you think alot. The completion of the clubhouse is a definate plus.
