Mis-stated on the first page, the 17th from the tips plays in at 705 yards!! It is very sobering that you have to hit a great drive just to get past the ladies tee. After that, continue to hit is straight as large old trees come into play. This course outside of the 17th is not long but starts out with four difficult holes. The best part about this course is not the holes themselves but rather the condition of the golf course. Kudos to the greenskeeper. I have played private clubs that are not in as nice of shape as this course. And it gets winter play!!! This is a bargain course that deserves your patronage. |

Great course lay out. Hook or slice, you are never in too much trouble. The course is set up so the entire family can enjoy golf. The different tee settings make it possible for a family of different skill levels to score well. The par 3 11th hole is a challenge with water on all sides. The view from the elevated 18th white tee box makes for of the most beautiful holes in the county. The staff is friendly, the driving range is real grass (no mats), the pro shop contains virtually anything you need.
The course could improve with better maintenance. Greens could use more TLC, and the traps could use more sand. |
