Thunder Bay Golf Resort -- Thunder Bay
Review by: Norman Jensen I have been golfing this course for 30 or 40 years and it has continually improved from a rough 9 hole course to a quite nice 18 hole course. The front nine is considerably more open and easier than the last nine with the exception of the ninth whole which is a narrow dogleg to the left and, in my opinion, the most interesting hole. Your tee shot must be straight and just the right length to have a good approach shot. The course has both open and tight holes plus water. It is flat to rolling.

Review by: Ed Buchanan The front nine is older with smallish greens and some long holes. Three par 3s, three par 4s and 3 par 5s make it interesting. The back nine is a newer designed course cut thru some beautiful wetlands and stands of trees. The greens are much bigger, but also more undulating. It's a fun course to play no matter what your handicap.
