Review by: dan thorp	holden hills is the best experience of target golf that one can receive in central massachusetts. Off the tee, the course forces the player to use multiple strategies that often involve keeping the driver in the bag. Holden Hills is a test of intelligence and ball control as most of the holes require strategic planning. The upkeep is traditionally magnificent, but the course is often hurt by long winters.

Review by: Jay Ramsey	The PGA Seniors like this course. Flat but challenging. Many water and bunkered holes the average golfer may become discouraged with. A few holes partially under water so avoid the early spring. I like the back nine; hole #16 green is fronted with water and rear woods. Par 3 #17 over water and two level green is interesting as well.
