Keys Gate Golf & Tennis Club -- *GOLF IN PARADISE*
Review by: GORDON	This South Florida golf course is blessed with warm weather all winter long. The course is challenging from all tees because of the narrow fairways, the many well placed water hazards and the small raised greens. The course has always been in excellent condition any time I have played it. One problem is that some of the tees have a lot of bare spots and grass does not seem to grow well on some of the tees. The best green is the 18th. It is elevated and has many levels. Golf carts are good and the on board distance finder is a great help.

St. Clair Shores Country Club
"Great Shape - Slow Play"
I've been playing St. Clair Shores Country Club since 1983. Over the years the quality of the course, ie: fairways, greens and overall layout of the course had improved greatly. It's a fine course to play for all levels. The better golfer may find it a bit short. Most par 4's are in the low to mid 300's. The course is mainly flat, but offers many different obsticles. Plenty of sand makes up for the flat layout. Water also poses problems on several holes. Hole #14, a mid range par three, requires a full carry over water. The main problem with St. Clair Shores Country Club is the SLOW PLAY. The course rangers, while very nice, do not do their job properly. In fact, over the past 20 years, they've gotten progresively worse. So don't expect any help if your stuck behind a group that take's more time than normal. Remeber, it's not a race. At least that's what I tell myself each time I go out to St. Clair Shores Country Club. Needless to say, it gets a bit frustrating at times. In conclusion, the course is maintained quite well. If you can get out on a weekday morning that would be the best time to enjoy your round. The rates are about mid $40's for 18 holes and a cart.

Twin Rivers Golf Club
"Great Track, Hard yet rewarding"
Played this course over the last week, this track is one not to miss. Clasic Joe Lee Design, lots of bunkers and water. This is a thinking man's course. Don't be disappointed is this track play's longer then whats on the card. It does. Play this one and you'll be back again and again.

Golf Club at Cimarron Trails, The
"My review"
Cimarron Trails is one of the most challenging and exciting courses I have played in my lifetime of golfing. I would recommend this course to any serious and/or just weekend golfers. The first minte entering the spetacular and spacious clubhouse you get a feeling of something special happening. It smells like golf and it is golf incarnate. If you do one thing in your life as a golfer it should be to play at least one round at Cimarron Trails. Regards, Hugh
