| Hudson Mills Metro Park -- I might change my mind on this one |
| Review by: Mike |
I just played this course upon hearing good things but was a little disappointed about what I found. Maybe it was all of the rain lately but the fairways where rather long and the greens were in just aweful shape. On the good side, the front nine is pretty open and with some decent size greens to shoot at. I really should have scored better on the front. The back nine has some pretty holes and plays tighter due to the back being cut more through the woods. One of the back nine's holes was all dug up by what looked like a fox so the landing area from about 210 to 270 yards from the back tee, both fairway and rough, gave you little to work with as far as your second shot. Did shoot better on the back though, go figure. All in all, I'll go back in June or July and give it another try and see if conditions have improved 'cause the layout is pretty nice. |

| Greystone Golf Club -- Best in the Tri-County Area |
| Review by: Nathan Matejek |
Greystone Golf Club has been a home course to me for over six years. I have been impressed by its development and maturity over this time. The lay-out of the course is phenominal. Within a 20 mile radius of the club there are countless places to play, and Greystone is by far the most beautiful and challanging of them all. I have played alot of golf in South-East Michigan, this includeds public and private clubs, and Greystone is and always will be my #1 place to play. The motto is "The Best Finish In Michigan Golf", and how true it is.
Why not 5 stars? Nothings perfect! |
