Of all the courses we play in S.E. Michigan, Inkster Valley is my favorite. Every hole is different, and the course can bite you at any time. It is not difficult, per se, just challenging. The course does require you to think a little. Some doglegs can be driven through. The white tees are hard enough, but very good golfers I know say the blues add a whole new complexion to the course. I shot my best round ever (82) there, and 5 days later shot one of my worst (104), playing from the same tees. That's what I love about Inkster Valley. The course can turn on you at any time. Try it, you'll love it too. |
