Bent Tree Golf Course -- *Tornado = good?*
Review by: Golf Am	The tornado that took out the course did wonders for this golf course. Yes, the fairways are still incredibly tough to hit, but they are much more forgiving than before. At $34 for cart/green fees, I'd have to put it as the best course in Jackson.

Pine Creek Golf Course -- *Golfing guru makes spectacular analysis*
Review by: Brad Still	There are too many geese deficating on the fairways. Plus I found there to be only one hole per green. This proves to be much too challenging for novice golfers such as myself. Multiple holes and flags on each green would be a great improvement to your facility. Are the ponds really necessary? By filling them in with dirt it would provide golfers with more hitting surfaces. One tree per hole will suffice, too many trees takes the fun out of the game. Another suggestion would be to eliminate ob and thin all grass. Sand was much too sandy and loose. Doing away with the sand would draw more golfers with superior skills such as myself.

Don�t let this course fool you! If you play it from the blue tees it is a formidable challenge. There are some holes with tee shots that require a 200 yard carry over water (some days into the wind!) As well as a 190 yard plus par three with ponds and rivers all around it. The greens are nice and the grounds crew really works hard at keeping them that way. There are some narrow fairways guarded by 100 year old oak trees all the way down to the green on each side. It really plays more like a 126 slope and I believe it is rated incorrectly. Bring your straightest drives here.
