French Camp Golf Course -- Lok out for the water
Review by: Dan Kaiser This course is mostly straight forward golf. I learned to play on this course 3 years ago and have been going back several times a month since then. The staff is extremely friendly. I have given "The Water Gods" many of my good golf balls over the years, so carry some "water balls" with you if you are an average golfer like me. I still love the challenge this course brings with several shots either parallel to, or, over the water, with the "island" green being the most challenging. Even though it is a par 60 course you will find it quite challenging and NOT crowded at all!!! I consider it a secret gem to go and play and not be rushed. I have gone during the week and have been the only golfer there!!! This gave, and still gives, me time to re shoot "flubbed" shots and practice my chipping and putting without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this course. It also has an R.V. park within its boundries so you R.V.ers can visit this course while you are out traveling and maybe get a game or two in. Happy Golfing!!!!
