Kukuiolono Golf Course

Featured Golf Course Review:
Kukuiolono Golf Course -- Kukuiolono, a relaxing and affordable round
Review by: Jim Kukuiolono park is a beautiful if somewhat rural course that has few ammenites but features a varied and relaxed round of golf. The price can't be beat and the local flavor is very appealing. If you are looking for highly maintained greens and fairways then you should go to one of the resort courses, but if you want a quiet enjoyable experience try this rustic and very inexpensive course.

Princeville Golf & Country Club -- Breathtaking
Review by: Scott Sheriff You will embark on one of the most unique golf experiences of your life when you set foot on this course. The views are spectacular and the golf challenging and punishing. Take your conservative game with you, because the penalties are severe if you stray from the fairways. Expect to score 5 to 10 strokes more than you usually do, but it is worth every penny of the green fee. You can find discounts online if you look. We used the Golf Hawaii card to play the course at a considerable discount. You will tee off over ravines and into lush valleys, while gazing into the Pacific and at the surrounding mountain landscapes that define Kauai. See if you can reach the par 5 number 10 in 2. I tried and ended up barely avoiding the array of traps guarding the green from anything less than perfect. Chipped on in three and was glad to get out with a par, which is a good score on any of the holes. A must play for any golfer visiting the Garden Island. Jack Nicklaus's Kiele Course at Kauai Lagoons is another amazing round available on this island.
