Keystone Ranch Golf Course -- Beautiful
Review by: Patrick By far one of the most beautiful courses to play in the U.S. The course is secluded, so you don't have to compete with the noises of regular cities. You just get to play golf and enjoy the Rocky Mountains. The course is challenging. Plan on hitting the ball straight and keep it in the fairway. The course is well maintained and the staff takes good care of you. If you want to play there it will cost you about $70. However, that includes cart and range balls. The holes are linked together so if you are used to the oxygen levels at that altitude and like to walk it can be done.

Red Rocks Country Club -- A Little Gem In Colorado’S Foothills
Review by: Shawn Bradford Watch out for this little course. Men’s tees that are set at 6200/6600 yards and a mile-high above sea level = no problem, right? This is target golf at it’s finest. You may complain about the native grasses that make up the heavy rough until you realize it stopped your ball from going out of bounds. O.B. lines BOTH sides of every hole with the exceptions of 1, 2, 10, and 11. (These holes only have O.B. for those with a slice.) Take note: greens break AWAY from the Rocky Mountains, which can be quite deceiving. While hurt by the Colorado drought of 2002, the course has made a beautiful rebound. This is a private club that welcomes “try-it-out” rounds $55-75. The course is set in a beautiful setting with a laid back Colorado atmosphere.
