Kimball Golf Club

Featured Golf Course Review:
Kimball Golf Club -- Kimball Colf Club, Kimball, MN
Review by: TEEbo The Kimball Golf Club is another club in outstate Minnesota that should be put on your list to play. The course is very hilly with tree lined fairways on many of the holes. The greens are medium to large sized and do not give away to many putts. I believe number nine drops into a ravine like approach to the green which is very surprising when you get there. A challenging hole for any golfer. I played the course in the fall and it was gorgeous as the trees were turning and it made the fairways even more picturesque. Pricing is very attractive as ranges in the 20-40 dollar class depending if you walk the course or not. If you walk be sure you are in good shape, it is hilly. The clubhouse is on the small side but the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Buffalo Run Golf Club -- Buffalo Run, Buffalo, MN
Review by: TEEbo I think you will have fun playing Buffalo Run in Buffalo, MN. This is very nice track. The fairways are very well kept up and extremely playable with the greens being large, undulating and leaning to the fast side. This course is a well-kept secret to those that play it. I took a few friends out there last summer and they were impressed by the layout. You will love the 16th which is 592 and your third or maybe fourth shot approach will go to an island green. Great layout on the hole and fun to play. The club house and the staff are friendly and the club house amenities are many. Put this one on your schedule for this summer.
