As residents of Nassau County, we have a hand full of 9 Hole courses to choose from (MERRICK, CANTIAGUE PARK, EISENHOWER PARK, LIDO GOLF CLUB). Compared to other 9 Hole courses I really enjoy playing in Peninisula Golf Club for several reasons:
1)There isn't that much of a wait to Tee Off.
2)Some holes are very challenging.
3)There is a variety of holes with several par
4's and 5's.
4)It is maintained very well.
5)I LOVE playing the Greens of Peninsula Golf Club.
Overall I enjoy playing here, what bothers me is that most holes have a very narrow fairway. Every hole feels as though there on top of each other. Dont be suprise to see some one hit their ball from your fairway b/c they happend to slice the ball. |
