Featured Golf Course Review:
Valley Pine Country Club -- Lake Valley
Review by: Faheem Surtee This is a a course that is not in very good condition. however it is fairly new. the fairway grass is horrible. the greens are very small. almost half of the par 4's are doglegs. it is very affordable however.

Winding Creek Golf Club -- Not the Best
Review by: Seth The fairways are narrow, hilly, and in good shape. Most greens are firm (weather permitting) but they aren't very reliable. Pin locations on some holes are absurd! On #18, (if red flags are in) the location is two paces from fringe (which is clumpy, impossible to putt from) and on a big slope running off green in which, unless your Tiger, you can't hit below the hole, and if you do it will run off another big slope into rough. Most greens are multi-tiered. If this course wasn't built on an old trash dump it would make it considerably easy, but since no hole is flat or even close this is a hard course.
