Having grown up in the Leavenworth/Lansing area I have played this course many times (back when it was called "Shagbark"). Until the mid 1990's it was lacking in almost every regard. However, it has been completely redone and would be enjoyable for almost every average golfer. The clubhouse is new, the greens are very nice, and it contains three holes that are very enjoyable. Give it a try. |

I golfed this course a couple of months ago and it's a decent challenge of a course for those who don't want to go a full 18 holes. For the price of golfing this course, it's too expensive since it's in pretty shabby shape. It needs much work and fees need to be lowered. |
