Cherokee Country Club -- Best 9 holes in Iowa
Review by: Will This course is the best 9 hole course in Iowa, hands down. It is the site of the Sioux Valley Amateur match play tourney, which draws some of the best golfers in Iowa and surrounding States. It is very hilly, with narrow fairways. A creek comes into play on 3 holes; the signature hole is No. 5 which brings the creek into play twice. Built in 1921.
