Lost Creek Country Club -- *Lost Creek Country Club*
Review by: Scott West	The course is not the longest course you will play, but it is a must to be accurate. What I like is the course will allow you to use every club in your bag. The greens are small and can be fast at times, and they will test your short game. You will have about 5 holes with good birdie opportunities on each side the other holes you need to hold on and play them smart. This is the nicest course in Lima followed closely by Shawnee Country Club(private), Colonial, and Sugar Creek(not in this particular order). Lost Creek is a Semi-Private Club under new management, they know how to run a golf course. I would call the course for days when visitors can play. If you are in Lima and would like to play a challenging course play Lost Creek.

"CCI is a great experience"
This is a great little course, with spectacular service, and subtle course designs that will keep your mind engaged, but will allow you to enjoy the peacefulness this sport provides. The grounds crew is continually trying to improve the courses conditions, and the golfers experiences as he/she works their way around to their best round ever.

"Great little par 3 course"
This is a fantastic par 3 course for the money. The top nine is all par 3 with a great chance to work on the irons and putts. Water is present but not a threat for a straight drive. The bottom starts with an awesome par 4 that tees off from the hill behind the clubhouse. Reachable with a driver and accuracy. More water on the bottom nine that could cause some lost balls if you are not on your game. Greens are more than fair. Not to fast but depending on weather can be faster than they look. No sand around the holes and hopefully that will change in the future. I use this course frequently for training as well as a quick round of golf without the hassel of a larger course. The driving range is very well kept and the price for a bucket is the cheapest in town that I know of. The practice green is fantastic and allows for many different approaches to a hole to be practiced. The pro shop stocks many items including a complete PING fitting area. Refeshments, including soft drinks, food, and beer are avaialable at a cost designed to leave you money to come back and play another day. This course is a proud sponser of youth golf as well as senior golf. Very family oriented.

"Don't walk!"
The course is OK by layout, but I walked the course and I feel like I played 36 holes! There is such a long walk in between holes that I felt like I was on a hiking trip. I would suggest to ride. Staff was friendly. I thought it was a typical community/housing golf course.
