I've only played this course once, and wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The course is well maintained, scenic, and challenging. Fairways are not overly wide, and trees are abundant, but the course is still playable and at times even forgiving. I love old municipal courses that have had a chance to grow mature stands of trees. I can't wait to get back to play it again. This course give you the enjoyment of much more expensive courses at a third to a quarter of the price. |

Hey T.J., have another beer. This course is in great shape this year. The greens are fast and true, fairways in good condition, and pace of play has not been slow in the 6 rounds I've played so far. I can't think of a better course for the $ in the area excecpt maybe Riverdale Dunes.
