I'm surprised more people haven't rated this gem! High quality, traditional styled golf course in excellent condition. Several memorable holes including signature par three with a ~70 foot drop. Past site of NYS Mid-Am, challenge for single diget handicappers yet playable & beautiful for the wife. Very reasonably priced. I'll drive 2 1/2 hours to play it at least once per year. |

Of the 42 courses I have played in Western New York, I place Wayne Hills as one of my favorites. Depending on the tees you play, you will use every club in the bag. Most of the holes are tree lined but in most cases you can find your ball and advance it. The scenery is among the nicest you find with the signature Par 3 7th hole of 130 yards that has an elevation drop of 90 feet and will test your nerves as well as your swing. A very fair test of golf overall and well worth the trip. |
