I had a wonderful time golfing on this course, the practice facility is not much to write home about but the course and the service was awesome, we were a threesome and got around the course in under 5 hours, we tee'd off at 8:30a and were done by 1:00p, we actually had time to re put the greens several times after every hole and we only waited twice the entire morning, it was wonderful, we are not the greatest golfers either, we were all in the 90's. It was just a pleasure to go to a course and be treated so nice and have such a fun round of golf, thanks. |

This is a great old historic course with wonderful "bones" but the new managers, the Arnold Palmer Co. are ruining it, destroying the greens because of incompetence, hiring and firing staff so often that no one knows their jobs. Too bad: a grand old course, destroyed by corporate greed. I used to visit it every time I came to San Francisco; I won't until they change management. |
