I have played Crystal Springs Quarry on a number of occasions, and I must say it is one of my favorite courses. The setting is beautiful, and the holes are challenging. The #2 hole features an elevated tee, and this is pretty rare in Missouri. Lots of fun and affordable. |

Look at the scorecard - no traps, short - should eat it up, right? WRONG - hit the ball long or right on #1, you're in the lake. #2 is maybe 10 paces wide; #3 - look out for the ditch; #4 - OB left, lake right - if you finish the hole with the ball you hit off the tee, you did well. #5 is 10 paces deep. #6 is a 3 shot par 5. #7 is a tough par 3 - severe green. #8 is a birdie hole. On #9 - it's further than you think to the green, and there are subtle breaks. Enjoy your round. |
