| Meadowlark Country Club -- Best kept secret for a 9 hole course in Central Minnesota | ||
| Review by: Gary Braegelmann | Nestled nicely between some prestigious 18 hole courses lies this beatiful 9 hole course that has a small town touch. Located south of Big and Little Birch Lake and in the heart of Melrose Minnestoa lies this spread of grass, water and trees I called home for many years. The course grows with character every year and has a supporting cast of members that strive to make it better each and every year. In my years of golf, I have played the best and worst tracks around, but find my comfort playing a course I grew up on and currenlty enjoy every year. Small town touch goes a long way when it comes to keeping things green and growing. Keep up the good work, it shows in both quality and beauty of the course. I would recommend this course to anyone, its a friendly course no matter what the skill level playing it. | |
