Willow Lake Golf Club -- Love the course
Review by: Ken I have played this course for several years. The layout is challenging. The course condition is consistantly good. April, May and June are exceptional. They recently added fairway water and know how to take care of the course. The greens are moderate speed and consistant. There are several blind holes and greens that make you think. The only think I don't like about the course is that the bunkers are not consistant and some don't have sand.

Rocky Branch Golf Club -- Rocky Branch
Review by: Dennis Norviel I love this course, in fact it is my favorite. I rank it above Jones Creek, Gordon Lakes, Forest Hills, Westlake, Palmetto (yes, that is "THE Palmetto" in Aiken), Persimmon Hill and Sandles in Ocho Rios, Jamacia to name a few; and all of those courses are mighty fine places to play golf in my book. My Criteria: course management and upkeep, customer relations/satisfaction, availability, cost AND...I just like it, It fits me like a glove. Rocky Branch is extremely well laid out. Open rolling fairways are easy to see and stay on, but this course is no slouch, it presents challenges with well placed water hazards, sand traps, and fearce dog legs. All of which makes the golfer think his/her game out. I couldn't ask for a better place to play! Congrates Rocky Branch you have my vote. I'll make the drive to Lincolnton anytime to play this course!!!
