Enterprise Golf Course -- Great, seemingly retrospective of the old country couses
Review by: Kevin
Having played enterprise for a number of years, it never seems to disappoint. It is fair in design from tee to green. Changes in elevation on many of the holes makes for interesting and captivating shots (keep your head down).
Starting out you pass the 18th green heading to the first tee. As you approach the tee you will see a beautiful 18th century mansion, once owned by Captain Newton White, the first Captain of the USS Enterprise. On both the 1st and 10th tees, you will tee off next to this this historic landmark.
Customer service is a little better than average for a municipal course. The grounds crew keeps even the clubhouse looking good with perennials and other quality landscape features.
Practice facilities, although spread out on the grounds are large.
A great value play.

Lake Arbor Country Club -- Golf course or mud hole?
Review by: William
On this very nice day after all the ran we had. We visited lake arbor even tho they said they had aerated the fairways. Come to find out that they didn't only do the fairways, but the tee boxes, fairways and greens. This was the worst condition I have EVER seen a course in. Why would anyone try and aerate anything when the ground is that wet is beyond me. I won't be visiting this coure for sometime, to bad it has a very nice layout.. |
