Monroe Golf & Country Club -- *This course is in excellent condition*
Review by: Andy Petrunich	I golfed your course on Friday May 29, 2004 and found it to be in spectacular condition. The fairways were plush and shots hit like you were hitting from carpet. The greens were fast and true and held well on shots into the green. The only drawback that I can see right now is the length. From the tips it only plays 6300 yards but I also noticed that a few new tee boxes were being installed. Excellent course gentelman!

Willow Brook Country Club
"Great experince"

Regent Park Golf Club
"Good course, has all the basics, soon to be a hidden jewel"
I played here twice so far. The fairways were in pretty good shape. They recently hired a new superintendent from Charlotte National (Dino) who produces some of the best greens in Charlotte. With a little time, he will have those greens rolling right. He has already started re-doing all the bunkers. Some walks from green to the next tee would be impossible to make. It has some beautiful holes. Most bunkers did not have enough sand in them, but they're being re-worked now with some getting all new drainage and sand and some being filled in as grass bunkers. This will make it a fairer course.

Hollows Golf Club, The - Lake/Road Course

The Hollows Golf Club is a great place to play captain's choice tournaments, twilight golf, or just to play a round of golf with family or friends. Having 27 holes makes it easy to get you on the course when other golf courses cannot. For more info on The Hollows Golf Club visit http://www.TheHollows.com. Huntington Park Golf Course
"Awesome Golf Course for the Price!"
Keep in mind, my 4-star score was given to this course relative to it's cheap green fees. $14 for this course is excellent. I will most certainly be playing Hunington a lot in the spring and summer coming up. Hunington Park Golf Course is one of the two main public Shreveport courses. Hunington is definately better than Querbes, but both are worth playing because of their low green fees. I find Hungington to be quite difficult. It's length is KILLER! But, if you drive the ball at least 250 yards, it won't be as bad for you. There are no bunkers on this course, which is strange to me. But, I hardly noticed because I was concerned too much with it's length. Several 470 yard par 4's are murderous. The average player should consider them to play as par 5's. I highly recommend this course for anyone to play. There are many great holes, and I had a lot of fun. Again, play this course if you like a great price.
