This course is an outstanding public golf course and a true test of golf. When they brought the greens keeper from bethpage red Course, these greens have improved to the point that at times they are as good as any private course. Play it from the tips, it is a true test of golf. What makes this course great is the wind. It is a true ocean type course. With some of the new tee boxes, 440 yard par 4's can play like 500 yard holes. With new bunkers being put in on several holes, this course just got harder. |
