Knoll Ridge Country Club

Featured Golf Course Review:
Knoll Ridge Country Club -- A nice little course
Review by: Anonymous If you've got some kids just learning the game, this would be a good one to visit. The course is by no means fancy, but a decent challenge due to hills and ponds. The course staff and clientel are very laid back and casual. The perfect place for a new golfer. There's a public swimming pool there also in case the Iowa heat and humidity get to you.

Timberline Golf Course -- Scenic and challenging
Review by: Jay Swenson I've played a number of courses in the area and this is by far my favorite. The holes vary in elevation and distance which make for an interesting varity of holes. I enjoyed it except for the fact that you lose a lot of balls. Also, if playing 18 I would suggest a cart because the holes go down a hill, then back up it. Also, the walk from one green to the next tee-box can be daunting.
