Stoney Creek Golf Course & Range -- Short but challanging
Review by: Tony This couse is extreamly short measuring out at just over 5000 yards from the tips. It will challange you to make percise tee shots because the creek comes into play on 6 holes. There are 8 par three's on the course. What relly makes up the yardage is the greens. While they are fair they can be tough. If there has been no rain expect them to play fast and for there to be breaks that you sometimes can't read. Local knowledge helps with the greens. All in all a good deal for the greens fees.

Four Winds Golf Course -- Poor Mans Medinah
Review by: RT Poor mans Medinah is how a friend described this course, and he is basically correct. It is well taken care of and an absolute brute from the tips if you don't hit it straight. OB will kill you if the trees don't get you first. (there are many) The first hole is a short par 4 and the driver is best left in the bag. Hit something about 150 or so and you have any easy shot in. The second is a short par 3 over a pond to a small, well sloped green. The holes get more interesting from there. The two remaining par 3's (on the front 9) are 200+ yards, very challenging. The front also has back to back par 5's, the seccond of which is tough. The back is equally difficult finishing with a pond fronting the 17th green and an 18th fairway which slopes severly from left to right. If you're long, you can try to fly the trees on 18 and cut the corner, but it is definately risky. Nice course.
