I flew into the Knoxville area not long ago on business, and spotted this little gem from the air. The parking lot was practically empty when I got there, so I ponied up the $45 green fee and away I went.
The lady at the counter made me chuckle when she apologized for the "steep price." I thought it was a very reasonable price compared to what pay at home. Apparently, this is one of the more expensive courses in the area.
The whole course was in fine condition. The greens were quick. The place just felt very relaxed and country clubby. The course wasn't especially demanding, but was expertly maintained. |
