I was invited to golf there when it first opened. From the moment that I arrived I was in a state of shock because of the beauty that was surrounding me. The club house and the service of the employees were awesome! The golf course itself was immaculate. I couldnt believe that I was really golfing there. I have never played a course in that good of shape. I have played dessert mountain (all five courses), Pinnical Peak CC, Superstition Mountain, and other well known golf courses and they all failed in comparison to stone canyon. It was the time of my life! |

Played the North side later in the day and found it to play pretty easy but you must make a couple of accurate drives or you'll be in trouble. Lots of sand traps protecting the greens and water comes into play on about 4 holes. I'll be back to play it again
