Pelican Point Golf Course -- *Scenic and Breezy*
Review by: Sarge	The par 5's are long, but reachable in reg if the wind is on your side. The water hazards are avoidable with controlled shots. The fairways appear to be wide and open, but a slice or hook will easily land in a rough, tree lined area. The greens seem to run slow. There are many wildlife and scenic views on this course.

Review by: Chris Rowe	This course is not for the faint of heart. It is can brutal for the 16+ handicapper. However, it is beautiful and well maintained. So, for those scratch golfers who want a challenge, this is for you!

Hyde Park Golf Club
"Wide Open Drive"
Fairly well kept course, the fairways are wide open for the most psrt, so if you lose your new Titlest, its your fault...There are a few water hazards in challengable spots. Bunkers are all easily avoidable. This is actually a challenging course, but one that wont drive you nuts with every stroke. Its also a pretty good course for those who arent, Arnold Palmer. You have to know your game, but it allows for mistakes, without costing you 3 strokes. The trees are beautiful, and the wildlife around the course adds to the experience. Its nice to find a place like this tucked among the city, and tall radio towers, which are right in the middle of the course, between holes nine and ten, which is the primary problem spot for this course. Its priced right, and a good challenge for the money.

"Tough but Fair"
One of the most brutal couses I have played. Played it in 89 and again in 91 by request on Myrtle Beach gof packages. Only lame hole was #2 at that time.
