My experiences with this course have been negative. Most of the times I have tried to play it, which have been nemerous, there have been outings or other events taking place.
On two different occasions when we did get on, members in carts a number of holes behind us were following our groups; we were foursomes walking. We were approached by these members and told to catch up with the group in front of us and that if we did not we would be asked to leave. The problem is, the groups in front of us, on BOTH occasions, were threesomes in carts. There was no way, short of running, we could have stayed in position.
We finished both rounds in just under four hours, 3:55 or so as I recall and made the turn in just under two hours both times. After the second incident, I have not been back since. |

One of the finer golf courses north of the Ohio River. Extremely fast and true greens, a real challenge from different tees and well manicured. And a staff that is pleasant and appreciates people coming to play there course. A real value!! |
