This course is a joy to play with your significant other. It is as scenic as any course around. Bird-life abounds with swans, eagles ducks, etc. on view to the watcher. Amtrak and Aberdeen, Md. Proving Grounds make up background sounds that are, to me, anyway, pleasantly interesting diversions. It is surpising to me that so many trains go by during the eighteen holes. There are many interesting holes that you enjoy playing, especially the dog-legs. I have only played this course in the winter so I can't relate to the heat, humidity and bugs of summer. |

The condition of the course has improved over the years although it is not five star. It is however the best value for the money and I play it often. You will find you can use every club in your bag and has a challenging layout. It is a great place for seniors who are on a fixed income and affordable for people who are income challanged like myself. If you are not a golf snob and like to have fun, this is the place. |
