Course was in good shape except where they had problems in 2004 with flooding. Worth the price though. Play was slow but wasn't the courses fault. Will return to Turnberry when in Columbus. |

Twin base is affordable place to play golf. For military or retired military its always available to you. Sometimes it is open to the public. The course is very forgiving. Wide fairways on par 4's and short par 5's allow golfers to mishit a a shot and still be able to make GIR. However, the course is pretty flat, which makes it kind of boring.
Play moves smoothly. I have never had a problem with getting on when I didn't bother to make a tee time. The management tries to work with you. |
