This course is made for the retiree's living around it. A comfortable par 63 with plenty of room to recover from a mistake. Longest par four is 350 ys, shortest is 255. Average par 4 is around 275, average par 3 is around 150. Greens in good shape. They are trying to make them faster. Fairways wide open and well maintained. The rough isn't all that rough. Little elevation changes, mostly the greens and tee boxes raised a bit. Very few sand traps and water rarely in play (usually bordering fairways rather than crossing them). Great for beginners and working on your game. A nice afternoon walk on the course. As a bonus, the pro shop has probably the best prices on equipment in Pinellas County. |
