Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Golf Courses
Featured Golf Course Review:
| Edgewood Country Club -- Traditional Donald Ross layout | ||
| Review by: D Smith | Edgewood is a graceful example of a Donald Ross design, with elevated, contoured and fast greens. The traditional, tree lined layout is picturesqe and plays longer than its listed length. Par 4s #2 and #18 are each 420 yard gems. Three of the Par 5s are reachable with two long shots. 5-8 on the front is where the golf course really tests you. The course is always in good condition, and despite its hills, is a good walking course with a solid caddy program. | |

| Mount Lebanon Golf Course -- Great for Skins | ||
| Review by: Wish I were there | The local course offers fast greens and risk/reward for being able to hit the greens in key locations. Sure pars turn to double bogies fast. Fourth hole and the eigth holes are by far the toughest par fours on the course. While the 5th hole (blind par three) is a nutz kind of whole, it's worth the shot in the dark it calls for. | |
