Highland Greens Golf Course

Featured Golf Course Review:
Highland Greens Golf Course -- Fun place to drink beers and practice iron shots
Review by: QU Grad I haven't been here in a long time, possibly 6 years or so. But it's fun to go at night and practice your irons and chipping and have some beers on the course. I'm going this weekend, hope it's still a fun place.

H. Smith Richardson Golf Course -- Above Avg. Public Course
Review by: MT I have been playing this course for more than 10 years. The layout is a good one as there are options off the tee on 6 holes. It allows you to hit driver off all but 1 hole but a 3 iron or fairway wood will suffice on some. The greens are in decent shape as some trees have been cut down in the last two years to help with sunlight. The one disappointing feature are the bunkers. There is no uniform condition with some being terrific sand and others very sparse. The designs of the greens are challenging with many undulations and a predominant front to back slope. If these were kept very tight they would be a most difficult challenge, as is, they are difficult for most players.
