Cheviot Hills is an affordable golf course for the weekend golfer. However, although it is generally wide open, and a ranger speeds play; the course lacks ball washers at several holes and there needs to be better snacks. This course drains well after a storm. Cheviot Hills uniqueness comes from the 50-60 degree hill between the 17th and 18th holes. If you are walking, this is a real challenge. Although it is not a championship course by any stretch of the imagination, it is moderately demanding due to the hilly terrain. |
