Fun course--unlike Pasatiempo this is a public course--in the mountains, but some views of the ocean off certain holes. Course is hilly on the front nine--fairly flat on the back nine.
Expensive compared to most courses, but cheap for the Santa Cruz/Monterey County area, which is probably the best area to play golf in the country (other courses here are Pebble Beach, Poppy Hills, The Links at Spanish Bay, Spyglass Hill, and Pasatiempo--all ranked in the top 100 in the country.) And the well known Half Moon Bay course is up the coast an hour or so. |
